This bug appeared on my computer as well after the most recent kernel
upgrade.I also noticed that now when the SD card is plugged into the
camera and connected to the USB port it no longer establishes a
connection with the camera.This also used to work before the most

I did a clean install of Feisty Beta and the problem still happens.
Ndiswrapper was required to get the WIFI internal modem working.
But in addition, upon a new boot it does not work. You have to sleep
the machine and wake it up ... then the lights flash on the front and it
works.

I'm seeing corruption of a different kind, where sections of other
windows randomly reappear within my gnome-terminal. If I make the font
smaller, it seems to stop, and repainting the screen also removes the

The cube effect on compiz on my default feisty beta install didn't work.
A little poking around (= me installing gnome-compiz-manager) showed
that the cube effect had only one desktop enabled.
This can't possibly be the default behavior for compiz

when I tried to re-enable Desktop Effects.

Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
Feisty Beta:
gnome-screensaver doesn't seem to reliably give me a login prompt after
sleep. I think the problem may be that it can't get input focus.
Example:
1. suspend laptop.
2. resume.
3. move mouse around, hit keys, etc.
