I see that Ron Melton had the HP Toolbox crash problem already with
1.7.1, he reported it in bug 99192. So this is at least not a
regression.
So the only thing left which can be a regression is Dave White's banding
on the parallel HP DeskJet 960.

No, it's exactly the same here. wacdump sees the tablet, but xidump doesn't
(thus neither Gimp nor any other X program can see it).
And the stylus only moves the cursor on part of the screen.
Problem comes from the packages.

suspend/resume and wakeup' option, but in my case the problem remained. With my

Since Version 2.2.0 release, disabling file locking does not work
anymore.
It worked in the 2.2.0rc2 version quite well.
I saw that there is a new config file in /etc/openoffice where this
should be configured, but it has no effect...

The device information for my camera, a Canon PowerShot S60 was missing
from udev, so the device was inaccessible. I had to add this line to
/etc/udev/rules.d/45-libgphoto.rules:
ATTRS{idVendor}=="0c45", ATTRS{idProduct}=="627b", MODE="0660",
I think my issue is the same. On connecting to a given network for the
first time, everything works great. However, the next time I go to
connect to that network, it always fails. Using the "Connect to other
network" option does work (but that gets really old really fast :) ).
I've observed this
I believe the terminal view in synaptic was better looking and easier to read
than the one now in feisty.
I believe it would be best to revert to the previous view
