Hi all
I love the way how Ubuntu looks and works with the 3D and stuff, but the
big problem with my situation is that watching movies is a big problem
under Ubuntu. I have a certain file which says it is: : RIFF (little-
endian) data, AVI, 580 x
Coming from Bug #103050, I can confirm that the proposed workaround here
works also (for my situation) on the amd64 platform (provided you
download the correct package from their site of course).

Probably network-manager on 7.04 is buggy, when I start to configure
manual config in network-manager the keyboard stop working! When I try

And then after the delay, I get the following message.
I noticed it says /dev/sda5 ... then it doesn't find a resume image and
continues.
It looks to me like it is trying to boot from the swap partition too,
but I don't know much about linux yet.

Upon login to gdm after upgrading from 6.10 to 7.04 the keyboard is messed up.
Also it complains that there is a mismatch between X settings and gnome.
Gnome settings was set to US keyboard. Changed it to Norwegian, and xorg.conf
is also set to use no layout.

I guess i have seen this bug during the installation of Kubuntu 7.04. During
the installation the installer checks if the setup cdrom is a valid one. When i
chosed to install from my Plextor PX-130A drive the integrity check failed. The
same installation media worked fine in my Sony drive.
