Same problem here. There's just one SATA-disk in my system, and I
installed Windows XP first and then Gutsy beta (Daily, October 4).

OK, I finaly had the chance to test wich addon causes the freeze.
After adding all addons one by one and restarting, then testing by
opening a third window.
The culprit is Google Toolbar version 3.0.20070525L. I've deleted my
profile and installed only Google Toolbar just to be sure.

It is possible to boot into safe graphics mode off the live CD. After
that boot process "Ctrl+Alt+F1" starts a terminal (full screen). Only I
don't know how to terminate it other than with 'reboot', which is

i installed via synaptics and then created a new account via the wizard

Same thing here I think. GIMP tried to update yesterday, but couldn't. Now
today when trying to update I got the
"Software index is broken" message saying,

Great job on fixing bug 149156. It now works as it
should at detecting my camera and displaying my
photographs. However, in digiKam, when I use the save
as function the program vanishes and a crash handler
program appears. I am currently running Gutsy loaded

I guess I'm confused. I changed the /etc/cups/cups-pdf.conf file. I also
changed the /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd file. Both files point to my
~/work directory, which is a real directory and not a symlink. I cannot
find a file with the name and path /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsys.
