again, I used Synaptic to delete all not installed packages, and ran the

UVF exception first. I guess it won't get one that short before release.
(And as a non-MOTU you must go through ubuntu-universe-sponsors to get

I had similar problems with the deskbar and they went away when I
disabled the window switcher. Does the problem continue for you guys if
you turn off the window switcher?

Hi,
not every problem with 3rd-party drivers is the fault of app-armor. I'm
using a custum kernel and printing stoped working although i'm not using
app-armor at all, see bug 151668
maybe my work-around will help, especially for brother drivers:

uncompressed log, second try, I don't think I'm able to recreate the
bug/crash, so I might not have an error. So I'll add the log and feel
free to mark the bug it as need be, and I'll send more info as it pops
up.
