Yep, I'm binding it to eth0, which is not unreasonable. I read Bug
#125687 and it seems to be the same thing.
It seems that nmbd can start before DHCP has completed getting an IP and
it logs the no network interfaces found warning and does nothing else.

I was thinking about how long this is taking; maybe there should be two
packages:
flashplugin-nonfree the downloader and
flashplugin-nonfree-md5sum as a dependency
the latter could be updated QUICKLY as needed as Adobe changes their
version.
BTW... the real solution to bugs like this is either
I know there's no info about this problem in the log, I don't think that the
problem come from gnome-screensaver.

I have seen compiz.real use 794 MB of memory on my 2 GB system!
When this happens, I go to SystemPreferencesAppearanceVisual
effects and choose None. After compiz is shutdown, I re-select
Normal and compiz.real starts up and only uses 18 MB of memory.

well, apparently the command is used like this:
gpgkey2ssh keyid
so I do this:
gpgkey2ssh $GPGKEY
however, this only prints a dsa public key to stdout, which is not much
use if you don't have the corresponding private key.

gpgkey2ssh --help segfaults with assertion failure.

I got tired of rebooting to run my backups once a week and so I
installed a 32bit chroot edgy (6.10) install as a workaround. The
backup appears to be running now with no ill effects. Just wanted to
leave a quick note here in case anyone needs/wants to do this. I
specifically installed fuse into

When I restart the xfce4-panel, the tray icon is not re-inserted into
the new tray. As a result, the application can no longer be accessed and
has to be manually killed.

I have the same problem in XFCE (Xubuntu Gutsy). Drag drop doesn't work,
open from audacious works.
