Just to chime in: bug 184149 now has a proposed patchset to make
Konqueror work with the new flash plugin version. Once that's in, we can
update this package, too (and blatantly ignore that opera won't work
with the new flash version either).

Pulseaudio works fine in gutsy. using the exact same driver as I use in hardy.
So I did an additional test: I compiled the latest pulseaudio (0.9.9 from
http://www.pulseaudio.org/) in gusty, and as soon as I loaded module-oss, my
computer froze
Boot in recovery mode (Root mode) and run 'apt-get -f install' then
reboot.

This should be fixed in Hardy, since it tries to use -new for those that
it supports. If you install an older version of the driver manually you
are on your own, since the kernel scripts are still expecting you to run
the newest one that supports your chip.

I installed network-manager-vpnc so I can connect to the vpn at my office.
After installation, KNetworkManager has a new menu item, VPN Connections (yay!)

manipulate the window to do some test recording, but it was holding up
my entire CPU and eventually crashed.

Ok, so I played Stack Em for about half an hour, and never got the sound
to seem stuck or looping or anything. It also did not seem constant
though. There only seemed to be sounds when I moved pieces or there were
other events. There was no background music or anything. I'll try it on
a Windows mac

There isn't really sufficient to determine what is going on in this
