yes, the the "l" was missing in the link. Patch is for the driver so not
depending on the player software.
At least the issues I suffered here was not showing up with some player because

I like this little thing, but it took me a while trying to figure it
out. It had a blank gray box to the right of the icon. Left-clicking did
nothing, and neither did double-clicking. Right clicking gave a menu,
but no help. finally figured out how to enter GOOG, and left it at that.

I discovered a work around that clearly points to pulse audio as the
culprit. After the upgrade, any install of Audacity could not find any
but the digital drivers regardless of what I did with the config folder.
