I think the gravity of this bug is way beyond "Wishlist", and close to
"showstopper", at least as far as Transmission is concerned. There are
other programs, like Azureus, which don't share this problem, so the bug
is not tremendously important in the general scheme of things.

I used guided setup to install printer in Ubuntu 8.04. Priniting is very
slow to start then pauses part way thru for 2 minutes then starts
printing again. The printer is a Samsung ML-2151N mono laser an I know
the correct driver is loaded. I found

the buttons) after upgrading my nvidia drivers to 173.14.05. It only
happens themes using the "Human" window borders; I already have the fix
committed here but it doesn't seem to help. Also tried Compiz 0.7.6
without any luck.
I don't know since I reverted to 32-bit gutsy instead of 64-bit.

I note that for some reason, even with the eee-osd fix to get the
hotkeys going, Ubuntu Hardy on my EeePC 701 does not save the volume
level upon a reboot, and starts up again with the volume at 100%. This
is probably unrelated to the hotkeys themselves, however.

Doing something similar to you I ended up with a greyed out gksudo nautilus as
well which kept taking up memory until I forced it to close.
In my opinion it shouldn't be necessary to resort to to the terminal to
delete files.
