@James Blackwell: I can recreate it with a newer kernel. See my previous
comment: 2.6.24-19-xen doesn't work. My domU and my dom0 are all
running the same kernel. I don't use a ramdisk.
To recreate the problem, just do a save-pause-restore of the domU.

Mike, the workaround would only work for me if I chose the QtCurve
style. Follow jetpeach's intructions above. Looking at what he says, I
suggest you need the QtCurve style for both KDE and the GTK applications
too. I'm now using QtCurve for both without problems.

The problem is still there in Intrepid. The version hasn't changed, so I
guess that would explain it. :p
This bug renders the vnc4server package useless.

1. Select range
2. Select even pages
By the way: Usually it makes sense to remember the previous selection.
But for odd / even pages or All / Range / Current it does not.

The color of the menu text and selection bar is controlled by the
commands foreground and background. This patch sets the foreground to
ff and the background to 00 in the menu.lst.
