I have a definite cause for keyboard lock.
Using the "Terminal Server Client" I have DHCP on my network and my
laptop gets a different IP address everytime the router is reset. It
changes IP from 20 to 21 for example. Pressing backspace and then 1

Hi guys,
As Ubuntu stopped supporting my video card I couldn't check any thing
(working now on mandriva 2009). If ubuntu 8.10 will be out with the new
kernel I'll wait for it's first beta and install it.

I'm getting the same symptom of being unable to load the desktop
background and then crashing, but I have hildon-control-panel installed
properly (?), and /usr/share/applications/hildon-control-panel looks
fine. This is a showstopper for me on my OLPC.

unused entries and re-ordering active ones from the original menu.lst's
"other operating systems" section, I am unable to move a non AutoMagic
entry from its location. at all.

Looks to me that this dependency shouldn't be on mas-server, but rather
on mobile-application-service. The /usr/sbin/mas in the start-hildon
script should also be changed to /usr/lib/mobile-application-service/mas
.

Intrepid kernel (2.6.27-2-generic). VMWare Server stopped running as a
