I've got to reopen this bug. I'm using an up to date Intrepid with all
the latest updates installed. When i click on the "show" Button inside a
notification nothing happen. The conversation window of Pidgin won't get
moved into the foreground.

I am using intrepid for several weeks now, and had no crashes. So this

This is also broken on the Dell Inspiron 1420, i.e. the touchpad pad is
missing here also. In Hardy the 1420 autoconfigured /etc/X11/xorg.conf
with a Synaptics Touchpad section. This is not the case in Intrepid.

Huh... I am running Alpha 6 as well and this works fine for me. I can
configure a VPN connection just fine, though I don't think importing a
config works (that's a separate bug). Is your problem that you cannot

OK, I tested with an Logitech USB mouse from my desktop and it works
flawlessly on the hardy laptop. So this is related to the Agiler mouse.
The mouse works occasionally when I left it attached for long period of
times and in fact I'm using it right now on the hardy laptop. Still no
useful entries
I re-added Listen because it was sanest of the gstreamer based music
players at the moment (I would have picked Exaile but it reproducible
segfaulted everytime I closed it).

I just successfully installed on a Hitachi HDP725050GLA360.
I originally tried this on two identical WD1600AAJS drives with the same
result and same symptoms across a variety of distros including Fedora
