Yup, my ibex setup is up-2-date and I can see video until I try to
resize or fast forward. After that everything goes blank. I've been
using totem to watch videos so this isn't really a loss for me but
there is a sound issue in totem (recent to ibex) on certain codecs.

takes it about 30 seconds to figure out which connection to use, but then it

I can't reproduce the issue even when "org.apache.log4j.Logger" logger class is
selected by freemarker. Everything is ok for me.
Actually freemarker uses whatever logging package it can find on the system:
Log4J, Avalon or JDK1.4 logging (in this order). Looks like in this case

workaround, the libltdl3 package from Debian lenny seems to work just
fine when installed with GDebi; get it from

Hm, after looking a bit more closely, it seems liblinuxsampler links to
libartsc, and the latter is GPL.
Looks like either libartsc needs to be released under the LGPL,
linuxsampler should be released under the GPL, or libartsc should be

I'm having the same problem but with a Samsung 2053bw.
I can only set the resolution to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the screen resolution
application.

Indeed, that is how I worked around the problem.
The system is running Intrepid. samba, samba-common and libpam-smbpass
are all at version 2:3.2.3-1ubuntu3.

I tried to run nm-applet with valgrind as described there, but for some
