I don't know. I had installed "Add to Ubuntu" Mythbuntu. Run MCC and
checked "Primary Backend". It had to install some mysql server and gave

I gave up on the machine and converted it to an open source FreeDOS

until I sitched to the USB type, then things worked fine.

I had the same problem yesterday on intrepid. I have a very simple
installation of Kubuntu and Windows 2000. After using grub-reboot and
booting into windows savedefault fails with grub error 18. removing
savedefault command allows the machine to boot into ubuntu again.

My "apt-get upgrade" from hardy to intrepid triggered the scrollkeeper
errors. "apt-get dist-upgrade" did not touch scrollkeeper. However,
ubuntu-desktop was kept back and "apt-get install ubuntu-desktop"
removed scrollkeeper and installed rarian-compat. I also ran "apt-get
install --reinstall ub

After last update of ubuntu kernel, and v4l package (which was in
updates), my cam began work correctly, but only on low resolutions
(even lower than 320x200). If I set higher - then I get error
described previously.

On 64-bit Ubuntu 8.10/Intrepid, Firefox hangs for extended periods when
using iPaper on scribd. It appears to be related to the use of
Javascript with the flash plugin. However, KDE4's Konqueror works fine
using the same flash plugin as Firefox.

I also have the issue on a Toshiba Satellite M55-S3512 which lspci
reports I have a "00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile
915GM/GMS/910GML Express Graphics Controller (rev 03)". As soon as I
disabled the RANDR service in KDE it's fine.

Both my Desktop (non-DELL, where I use my USB camera's microphone
instead of the internal card and pulse audio) and my laptop (M1330,
where I removed pulse audio cause there it works fine in ALSA) had very
low microphone volume even at max digital.

25 users have problems with ctrl usually trying to cut&paste.
3 users have problems using a applikation which often will interpret repeating
cursor-down's as return-key.
