I have an hp laptop with broadcom 4321 a/b/g/n mini-pcie module and wl driver.
when i first turn the computer wireless works great but after some time i start
to get this message and wireless becomes very unresponsive (very high latency)

time I pressed a "strange" button: Back, Forward, Volume Up, Volume
Down, etc.

Steve, you're missing the fact that the upload of Flash 10 to jaunty
(10.0.15.3ubuntu1) using native 64-bit did not, in fact, depend on

Looks like I spoke too soon. There is no pause when I boot the laptop

This looks like that after hybernation the USB does not get set up
correctly, so either the hibernation scripts or the kernel seem to have
a problem.
Can you do
lsmod | grep usb
before and after the hibernation.
To see whether there is perhaps a problem with HPLIP, can you also try
to kill any

watch command does not show utf-8 characters
The instal didn't left anything in Start\Programs, the F:\ubuntu
\Uninstall-Ubuntu.exe dosen't do anything, the add/remove from control
panel is the same, I got no config.sys or config.bak in C: .The ubuntu
folder in F: has 28.6GB, the partition has a total of 30.6GB.

I confirm this bug in Hardy 8.04.1
I can't test it with the newer distributions, but in Hardy bug affects UAE's
GUI. It freezes after moving the window or after the open file dialog
appearence while running as general user. Under the sudo freezes disappear.

A closer look at this shows that it seems to be a limitation in screen.
I have a the same problem with a base screenrc as soon as default
windows are defined.

I confirm that switching from "Enhanced" (AHCI) to "Compatible" in the BIOS
fixes the problem, as Peter Klotz suggested.
And no matter for me if eSATA hotplugging is disabled.
