Once you have installed the extension what is it supposed to do when you
click on the item in the menu? I sent this bug to ooo-build where the

I'm not sure how these things are handled in *-backports, but
1.1.2+dfsg-8~hardy1 in hardy-backports is definitely affected.
1.0.8-4 in hardy, 1.0.7+dfsg-1 in gutsy, and 0.19.4-2 in dapper may very

I took the hardy deb for flashplugin-nonfree from the gnomefreak ppa, it
installed fine, and I can youtube to my heart's delight, but apt then
tells me there's an update (the version in backports) and tries to

I ran into the same issue just yesterday. sudo started segfaulting right
after installing a few samba-related packages. I've been able to make a
backtrace (see attachment).

Now I am running Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex" with Mozilla Firefox 3.0.5.
I don't experience much Firefox freezes these days, and haven't noticed this
problem lately.
Maybe it is fixed.

I use three languages in my keyboard, so after physically moving keys to
dvorak, It created obvious problem.
I made a fix for it, "dvorak - compatible" layouts for phonetic russian
& hebrew. Hope It will be usefull to somebody.

I use Ubuntu Jaunty (alpha3) with latest updates. In general,
gnome-settings-daemon crashes when I press hotkey button at laptop for switch
to second monitor; after log out or xserver restart gnome-settings-daemon works
well, but after first crash and for now Menu->Log Out/Shut Down dia
In Xubuntu, this can only be seen the first time you open gedit, since
if you unmark "stick", the way it works changes. I also see this in
Jaunty 9.04 on the 32-bit installation, verified on a new installation
on 01-20-2009.
