I come from kubuntu 8.04, where kdetv worked fine with my tv card.
Under kubuntu 9.04, kdetv does not show my tv card. But with for example xawtv,
everything works fine.

I confirm it on Intrepid with kde 4.2.
Too bad I originally thought it was an fglrx rendering issue. Indeed it

I'm also experiencing trouble with this module. I've got one of the low-
cost Dell Vostro A860 laptops.
It still works but badly, it oftens disables itself (simply no function
anymore without any obvious reason). I then have to do 'sudo ifdown
eth0' 'sudo ifup eth0' to make it work again (but
I just booted the Jaunty Alpha 4 live cd and it looks like this issue is
fixed.
I can successfully use ubuntu to associate with my phone, setup a pass
code and then browse and receive files from my phone. None of that
worked with intrepid.
Unfortunately I have no time to test it further.

Problem is, I've got a laptop, so the numeric pad is overimposed to some normal
keys (u-i-o-p-j-k-l-m).

I can confirm that the patch from libcanberra clears the distortion.
Clean install of Jaunty 64 (A4), testing ext4, and immediate
crackling/distortion when enabling the event sound. Installed the patch
log out/ / in, the distortion is gone. This should be be commit should

Booting Jaunty doesn't fix it for me.
Or actually, I haven't tried that yet. I tried installing Jaunty Alpha 4
(from alternate CD) into a vm in VirtualBox, then connected my Bluetooth
adapter to that.
The result was fail. Nothing happened. Still dead. Bupkus.
But I'll try the Jaunty live-cd

This also effects the 180 drivers both ubuntu and nvidia direct
drivers... seems as though no one is going to bother looking at it ever
though.

Rotation of second monitor produces screen
The current version of Debian's iceweasel-torbutton package is 1.2.0-1,
so I suppose it's stable.
Should I file another bug connected to Hardy's torbutton-extension
version?
