I've tried this with the version of usb-creator in Jaunty. It doesn't

I have exactly the same behavior with jaunty installed on my laptop.
When you play a movie, the pause it, it freeze and stick like that. You
need to quit mplayer and replay it at the same position to continue the
movie.
Very annoying problem.

my problem was with Krusader Okular. Okular was a minor problem
because CTRL+ALT+F exit fullscreen mod but it was anoing. Krusader was a
bigger problem but whole problem was resolved by turning off deskop
effects (not compiz user). little bit sad but a have panel and I can use

I have an HP Pavilion N5340 and am trying to install Xubuntu 9.04 Alpha 4. The
regular install CD couldn't run so I tried the alternate install CD. After
installation it tries to run in low graphics mode, this fails and the computer
locks up. Even ctrl-alt-prnt_scr
Actually, it seems the issue is a bit more complex, as synce-sync-engine
explicitly depends on odccm. So synce-hal probably should Provide odccm
as well or something like that.

Hmm in Jaunty my brightness keys works perfectly, but the brightness
applet in kde 4.2 is inverted? Should I open another bug, as this
diesn't seem to be a kernel bug?

Actually, these packages do exist, they just aren't in the Ubuntu
archive. The main issue is that they are *huge*. Information on

I managed to get bluetooth preferences to write a value to the
/var/lib/bluetooth/device-id/trusts file by selecting the mouse
(right-click on the bluetooth icon in the notification panel and click
on the mouse entry) and clicking the information icon (an 'i' appears
next to the the mouse entry at
