reverting to nv driver instead of nvidia driver and it works.
Unfortunately that reduces me to 2d mode and NO XV. No flash videos, no

it to be related to Dual Core support. It mentions disabling interrupts
and such when switching to UP (Uni-Processor) code, and is vastly sped

We have switched to the KDE4 version of Kile for the next version of
Kubuntu; and translations will now be handled differently. Currently the
translations is build in separate packages and is not updated with the
language packs, this problem should be fixed from now on.

It is worth noting that the graphics .eps file is not part of the DVI
file, it is only referenced; so this can hardly be blamed kile. Kubuntu
7.04 is no longer a supported version; can you please test if the
problem still occurs on a later version of kubuntu?
