I have found that the bluetooth connection wizard in 8.10 will attempt
to send a random pin to a device that is not configured to enter a pin.
This behavior is found across the line of bluetooth development tools
from SparkFun and I'm sure oth
I can confirm this bug by simply creating a playlist of YouTube videos
and optionally save it to disk. even if you just leave the list playing
without actually saving it and reopening it later, after some time you
will not be able to play any of the links. I think it might have
something to do with

Actually, I take it back, I just solved it for my computer. Apparently the
typing delay was just an extreme instance of the generally slow video
performance of my Intel 865g (82865g) processor with the Mesa drivers. I'm
trying to figure out how to switch to the Intel drivers with Intrepid, but

Deleting the window rule for Akregator made it even smaller when started or
restored from the tray. I tested that on current Jaunty. I have changed the
rule to start Akregator always maximized, and it behaves now as I expect.

I've emailed the Debian maintainer about this issue to see about his
time frame for the 0.14.2 release. If he's going to package it soon, we
can sync from Debian. If not, I'll patch the current package to build
with python 2.6 or update it to 0.14.2 in Ubuntu directly.

i have the same problem, when i log out, then log in, the problem then
happen

i can confirm the bug ... the reader doesn't work under ubuntu and the
usb id is still unkonwn to the system.
how can i help with this?

umm. no. the only time mowgli_dictionary_retune() will crash is if the
dtree memory is corrupted, which means this reporter has bad RAM, or
something really bad is going on elsewhere.
this is not happening in Debian, so I blame your extra patches...

After updating python to 2.6 recently in Jaunty, python-ibus gets uninstalled
and can't be reinstalled because it depends on Python <= 2.5 (similar to
awn, picard, etc.).
