1. Install all the mactel PPA packages.

I just now tried again by unplugging & re-plugging my usb laser mouse
(logitech) and the problem is still there !! I had to re-adjust the mouse
settings to get the normal speed back.
I have Kubuntu Jaunty beta with KDE 4.2.2 and all the latest updates till

I'm not entirely sure how I got the additional error message; I went through a
cycle of attempting to uninstall SQL Server several times, and went through the
process of attempting to clean up the disk by removing unwanted and unnecessary
applications. At some point in that process, I began to

I installed kmyfirewall version 1.1.1-2ubuntu1 on Kubuntu Jaunty beta
(KDE 4.2.2).
I used a saved configuration file (.kmfnet) which was working fine in Intrepid,
but as I tried to run or install the firewall, I got an ugly error dialog (see

there is just a way higher of bugs than of people working on those so
there is no lack of bugs there and either we let the number and system
get out of control and not usuable or we do quite active closing, the
second option is the one used right now, it might not be perfect but
that's what we can

Booting with acpi.power_nocheck=1 seems to work. The error messages are
no longer in the log.

I think I saw this bug as well, it seems to be a mismatch between 180.37
and 180.44 versions of the driver... I solved it by removing all nvidia
packages and then reinstalling (from cli, to where I was dropped after
reboot).

When I open repository A and then repository B, only repository A appears in
the recent repository.
If I open only one repository or a repository from the bookmarks, none is saved
as recent repository.
