Initially, it was only certain sites that just caused it to crash. Now, when I
start up, I get a see-through window that then closes. Is there a way to get
to about:plugins without firefox open?

no sound at the star-up of the system
There were some Ubuntu changes in 1.5.1-0ubuntu[1,2], even if most of
them have been merged... Could you list them all and their status
(merged, deprecated...) ? In particular there is a debian/watch patch in
1.5.1-0ubuntu1 that was not merged... Should it just be abandoned, and
why ?
** Summary
I use Intreped Ibex 8.10 and I have the same problem, I think it will be
related to the ia32-sun-java6 package or the sun-java-jre package that
it depends on.

I mean, VSERVER-TERMINA did not seen in Windows or Linux network
neighborhood windows. Tomorrow I'll boot computers with long terminal
name and get some look into problem (windows don't react immediately to
computer name change).

I second this bug. I'm using EEE PC 1000HE and just about every opengl

I just found something in the linux.kernel newsgroup:
http://marc.info/?l=linux-kernelm=124257891425597w=2
Maybe this is a vanilla kernel issue. After building a vanilla Kernel
2.6.30-rc6 without any unused drivers and modules sound seems to work.
There were no problems on my jaunty machine
Thanks for the info Pablo. If you are in contact with Alexander Sack,
