tried to reinstall mysql-server but it was the same , I also didn't delete
/etc/mysql/debian-start.
I can't try anymore as I format all the disk and reinstall ubuntu 9.04.

thanks a lot. You are right. The problem is related to LDAP groups
rather than to NFS. I had also a local group that was also stored in
LDAP (with different GIDs). After removing the entry from the local
group file, pulseaudio works fine now.

My understanding of the aa-logprof documentation is that it is supposed
to remove specific rules that are obviated by broader rules, but
examining the diff after a profile
Not sure if nautilus is the right place for this as I cannot remember
which component is responsible for this message. In any case, the right
thing to do is probably to run fsck or whatever then just mount it
anyway.
