On my new Medion Akoya E1312 Netbook
(http://www.medion.com/ms/aldi/md97690/uk/) the WLAN card, which I
believe is a Realtek RTL8191SE card (at least that's what Windows XP
reports it as) fails to be detected and work.
The only option I have is to use the Realtek onboard wire
resume from hibernate & suspend now works for me using kernel 2.6.30, optimized
for my procesor turion 64x2.
I'm using jaunty 64 bit, and tried it also with jaunty 32 bit, and same thing..
kernel 2.6.30 makes hibernate & suspend work.

OK, I have a tentative fix for this. In current Karmic (daily live
system) or Jaunty with my PPA's udev-extras (see
http://martinpitt.wordpress.com/2009/05/08/devicekit-update-future-
handling-of-fn-key-maps/), please apply the attached patch with
sudo patch /lib/udev/rules.d/95-keymap.rules key

As I changed my xorg.conf into the following:
