I also cannot reproduce this problem. I've tried clicking the install
button ~30 times with the window in various states and between restarted
software-store and the window always pops up above the application. It

I can reproduce this bug every single time I run netbook-launcher. After
a "while", and clicking on the go-home-applet a few times netbook-
launcher rises to constant ~30% CPU usage, computer and application
remains completely responsive and not noticeable effects occur (except
warm lap).

Now is working. When any button is pressed the program recognise it
(Shows the button's name in the message "Press remote control buttons to
test:").
It seems a problem in hardware.conf file, the problem disappear when the
line REMOTE_LIRCD_ARGS="''" is replaced with REMOTE_LIRCD_ARGS="".
