The current behavior is by design: If the pointer is over the area
where a bubble is about to appear, it should appear as normal, ignoring
the pointer unless it leaves and then re-enters the area.

I have found something:
it seems that it's not being able to set proper brightness, when it is inside
the X server, and than it tries and retries.
if I do: printf 100 /proc/acpi/video/IGD/LCD/brightness
it does not work. If I do cat of the file don't see the value that I tried to
input.

When the administrator user 1 selects the visual effects from Appearance
to normal then, user 2( also an administrator) automatically get
disabled from normal Visual Effects to None. That is when logged in
again.

After upgrading to Karmic beta, Firefox 3.5 gives errors uploading files
from my Windows (NTFS) partition. Uploading files from my Linux (ext3)
partition works.
