Mateusz, I wouldn't count on that. It is an old bug that was present in
some versions of the wacom driver too. Try using wacom driver for your
acecad tablet. I used driver for wacom tablets for my acecad in older
Ubuntu versions (now I don't have time to configure it, so my tablet
just doesn't work

The error "file or folder" "does not exist" is usually an
indication of a saved bookmark in your "Places" list that no longer

Sorry to reply so late.
I don't think that the issue is related to ext4 file system becoming read only
as it took almost 10 hours to download 50% data (nearly 2 GB) and during that
time I was continuously using my system. If Transmission is writing the data
continuously to hard disk,
FYI, I had the exact same problem, and found the same situation
(2.6.28-14 worked but not much else). I found a solution that let me
use 2.6.31 though. Details are listed in Bug #432636.

This bug seems to be very similar to #487978.
In my testing I found:
2.6.28-14 has working hostap for prism2.5 (but is unusable for me on karmic
because the synaptic driver doesn't work with karmic's Xorg)
2.6.28-15 has broken hostap
2.6.31-9 has working hostap (and synaptic) and I'm using it now
I had gujarati language support installed on 9.04. then i upgraded to
9.10. once upgraded the info. notification suggested me to install one
package and i faced this error while trying to install the same.

Tried installing on my 9.04 Ubuntu Server machine and balked at the long
list of dependencies.
with "--no-recommends" I get a shorter, but equally as bloatful list:
