upgrading to 9.10, I too am experiencing the constant clicking sound. It
occurs approximately every 10 seconds, and sounds like a interference

kernels anymore. This is either due to there being more than one tuner
and only the first tuner being probed or some tuner`s auto-detection

uninstalling it will also uninstall the ubuntu-desktop package, whose presence
is crucial when upgrading to a new Ubuntu version. If you follow Serge's advice

So I'm looking for affirmation from the Lintian developers here... We'd
like to patch Lucid's lintian package, but would like to do so in a

removing pulseaudio worked for me as well. I recently upgraded from jaunty to
karmic. Flash did not work in jaunty either.

I have already downgraded my Fujitsu S6010 to ubuntu 8.04 and xserver-
xorg-video-i810_1.7.4-0ubuntu7_i386.deb, it is work very stable and
fine. So i will not upgrade it anymore again in any future. 830M chipset
is closed in update system, such as ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10. I upgraded to
them
