I can confirm that parts of some of the images are missing, for example

Hi all
I've currently installed Ubuntu 9.10 from the current live CD onto my external
Hitachi 1TB External Harddrive.
It appeared to run smoothly until recently when it keeps coming up with a
"crash error report" explaining that there has been a fault in the kernel and
tha
had this issue too in karmic. This happened when traffic full such as
bittorrent download. but when using modem's pppoe it never disconnect
even traffic full. so it would be good if unchecking Send Echo Reply in
network manager would remove lcp-echo-failure
