Hi Pedro, apport enable was set to 0, I've now set it to 1 (on) and because of
this there is no .crash report at present. When it next fails I'll report the
bug again (it does not fail that often).

I can confirm the same bug on my Lucid 10.04 install.
One additional detail, if I click through to see the tests that are
about to run, but choose not to run the tests by clicking the Next
button and instead close the System Tests at that point (after it has
gathered system information, but
I confirm this on IBM t41 with intel wireless 2100 chip. To me it seems
network-manager now starts too early and kernel reports back link not
ready. After logging in I get it working by running service network-
manager restart.
Just like the upstart would start network-manager just little bit too
sorry, forgot to mention this happens on Lucid which was last updated
today.

For me, it is much slower. This is on a desktop that is attached to an
APC UPS via the USB cable. There is no indicator in my panel (unless
maybe if the power goes out and I start running on the UPS?). I last
