of the installation directories are changing a bit (/usr/share/asterisk
will now only *hold* sound files and /var/lib/asterisk will be the data
directory, as it should be) but the major part of the packaging is

I've done some more testing and it seems to be the RAM related. I had 2
x 2GB sticks (DDR 2 800, PC 6400) installed in ganged mode. Removing the

Looks like it was a problem with lilo and grub both being installed,
although I am using grub as the boot-loader. Not sure how to fix with
both installed, but removing lilo allowed things to update.

Wow, I have no idea how I managed to get into that state. Uninstalling
and reinstalling hplip-gui confirms that this is fixed, if it was ever
an issue.

I created a test user and was able to login to KDE again. Seems that our
user profile somehow got messed up.

There's no obvious need to wait - it'll autosync after this assuming
that it's uploaded to Debian before 30th Dec, and if it's uploaded to
Debian after that it can still be synced into Ubuntu easily.

The linux package hook is actually part of apport. I removed
'regression-potential' from the package hook so will look at improving
the verbage for it. I'll also look at why regression-update was chosen.
