I can't reproduce this. I just happen to have an LTSP server installed
(Lucid 32bit), which uses tftpd-hpa for thin client bootup, and it works

But unity does not start, ubuntu gets stuck on the display of the wallpaper.

Similar issue here. Kernel panic while tomboy was running. Then after a
