I am suspecting that this bug is only occurring to people who have
either:
(1) Upgraded from an earlier version of Ubuntu, using the update managerOR
(2) Installed onto a machine that already has a /home partition with
configuration files/folders from a previous version's installation.

IMO it's rather lame on part of developers to assume that the user is too
stupid to understand a phrase set hardware clock to UTC. Time zones are
taught in 4th grade or so. Any adult brave enough to use linux is surely
intelligent enough to understand that option.

I have found that I only experience this bug when I run yelp with no
arguments. If I run yelp with arguments (e.g. yelp ghelp:user-guide),
this crash does not occur. Perhaps this bug is related to yelp's attempt
to render the yelp main page (which might explain the similar crash
