wireless enabled, then disabled it after unplugging the ethernet cable.

Thank you for taking the time to test this bug in a later release. I am
closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest stable version
of Xubuntu - 10.10. It won't be fixed in previous versions of Ubuntu

“move” action to the “tenth” button (it’s the fifth, actually, but the
wheel gobbles up five of them).

Well, if the affected package is in PPA that's totally different thing
given that it does not directly affect the distribution, and of course,
it is easier to patch (there's no hassle of a review to see if it
affects the Ubuntu Archive).
