Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: banshee
Banshee imported my music collection from a SSHFS folder without
problem. The problem is that it can read any files (GStreamer resource
error: OpenRead) and crashes 100% of the time when I click "Open
Containing folder". I have no problem with fil

occurred? Does this occur with LibreOffice Impress?

Stefan,
I have some boxes that seem to reproduce this behaviour rather frequently.
This is great news since this bug is so hard to reproduce.
I just launched with the new testing kernels you provided (aki-9ab546f3
x86_64) on a server that has 4096meg cache (the bad behaving size).

Sorry, I mean
this is being caused by a problem with partman-auto's new 15reuse
method.
Here's a syslog with set -x on all of partman-auto's 15reuse files.
The disk was blank when I started.

I tested version 2.2-0ubuntu1.1 on lucid 10.04.2 amd64 and can verify
that it now works in both Firefox and Chromium.

Could you please attach the Writer file that causes this crash? Does
this occur for you in LibreOffice Writer?

FYI ..
I tested my PC on a fully-patched Natty Ubuntu install about 3 days ago
- kernel 2.6.38 ? - and the machine seems to run OK with the Intel
driver.
Youtube videos run smoothly - whereas on Maverick on my eeePC (with
Intel card) Youtube videos are jerky
BUT, when I run Google Earth and say
No! it is not. I am sorry for not updating the bug report but it is
difficult to track all the bugs that I have reported to see if they are
still a problem. It is impossible to remember them all :P

Interesting. So maybe there is an issue that causes intermittent
failures on natty. I was able to get it to work a couple of times after
increasing maxsize. I'll try setting maxsize back to what it was and
see if I can get a crash report. I'm still unable to get a crash
report on Lucid server.

Thank you for your bug report, the version you are using is outdated
though, could you try if that's still an issue and report a new bug if
that's the case?
