I don't think this is a regression, but it does seem that occasionally a
btrfs filesystem gets into a state where GRUB can't read it. This may
be a problem in btrfs or it may be a problem in GRUB; at the moment I
can't tell. It would be good if we could debug it before you reboot,
though.

discovered, that this bug is present there too. It seems that there has
been a regression between rc7 and final (because rc7 used to work). I'll

As of version 1.1.2-2ubuntu4 in natty, libpam now looks in (and installs
its own modules to) /lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/security before
/lib/security. This means that it is now possible to correctly install
32-bit and 64-bit pam modules side-by-side on an Ubuntu system.

or general system updates? Also, I can't reproduce, I can open files on
sftp mounted directories with geany.

compilation/installation as I didn't use the modem for years now and the
driver was just proposed by the ubuntu installer back then and I didn't
remove it. I do not even have anymore a possibility to test the driver's
functionality.

Now it looks as though it's sysadmin-editable, but if they change it

that's what i tried before. It just turned out that's "easier" to attach the
external screen by login in at classic desktop (without effects).
But this doesn't mean it is working properly. It's again a trial and error.

I'm hitting something similar presumably with the same cause. The
blender snow with ~900 images seems to do the trick. I get the
traceback when trying to open the animated titles menu again.

Thanks for your report. It seems that without xorg.conf, default sync ranges
are used:

Fortunatelly I found a way how to enable printing on Canon PIXMA MP550
from ubuntu 10.04. If I remember well I downloaded and installed a
driver directly from Canon supporting site.
