will try to repro by disabling and reenabling. My graphics setup is

Omer, It happens on every session and to all menus. It's just not every time.
For example some times it happens to sound indicator but not to messaging, vice
versa.
And it works if you click on a working indicator and then move the cursor on
the one not working.
