Ok, file manager icon shows up again after rebooting. I think the problem may
be related to the home folder icon. Yesterday I noticed two file manager icons

Yes you are right, every file is set to start with totem in nautilus and not
with Banshee. This is a bit strange as it is supposed to be Banshee by default
in the preference menu.
