DBO on IRC thought they had an instance of this bug, but turned out in
their case to be caused by overlay-scrollbar, which appears to be
resulting in a lot of bugs with similar symptoms (white screens,
application-specificness, goes away after uninstalling overlay-
scrollbar). See bug #770304 as

to using C since the build directory is wiped out before each build,

It has a JMicron JMC250 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev
03). The livecd desktop version of Ubunut 10.10 detects and recognizes

This issue persists on 32 bit Maverick as of 26 Apr 2011. ASRock
M3A770DE motherboard (onboard RTL8111/8168B). As with others, powering
down fully for a minute and restarting fixed the issue. So far this
one's hit twice in the few months we've had the computer in question.

Actual behavior in Unity:
1. Clicking an icon of a focused (maximize) window: Does nothing (?)
2. Clicking an icon of a minimize
I had this problem (extremely quiet Logitech USB headset) which was
fixed after applying the fix suggested in:

...adjusting the base volume in alsamixer.
Once that was done I had plenty of volume available in PulseAudio.

I am also affected here.
Ubuntu Server 10.04.2 LTS logged into via ssh.
In addition, the count for users logged in is incorrect, always showing
