When the hang happens, the ps -ef /run/.initramfs/udevps.log I placed
at the bottom of initrd's /scripts/init-bottom/udev does not appear to
happen. (On a good boot, it does)

and interface lag. It takes it about 5 seconds to unlock my screen, and
about 10 to display my desktop. Once the desktop is actually displayed,
