When i remove the "indicator-applet" from the systray the spaces are
gone. after adding the indicator-applet again, everything is still fine
until i remove the ac-adapter and plug it in again

It's weird. After I left the comment above, I turned off my PC and
turned it on about 10 hours later and found even gedit has the problem.
So I created .bash_profile again (I only left that workaround in the
.bashrc file) then logged out and in. I opened the gedit and tested. It

Removing /usr/bin/libreoffice and instead making it a link to
