causes haskell-dummy FTBFS

IMHO, having custom (user created, not default) shortcuts placed on the
desktop is a legacy from ancient desktops and it always is complicated
to use them if you have maximized apps (they are below the maximized
app).
There is a limit to how many shortcuts one can have in the launcher bar
in a
same here on Kubuntu 11.10 64bit, can't edit recipient rules.
