This looks like bug 894768 again, which was supposedly fixed a week or
two ago. Was the iso you used the latest daily iso build? If it was,
please mark this as a duplicate of that report and post your bug number
in the report of bug 894768 saying that you're still experiencing the
problem.

It still occurs all the time. I just kill nautilus every time when it
happens so not so big deal now but it is very unfortunate no one can fix

Doing a few other ping tests, option 6 definitely gives me the best
performance. Pinging one of Yahoo.com's servers, with option 6, ping
times stay below 40ms. Using options 1 or 2, ping times vary between
