somewhere, as I also have a system that has no volume set on boot, or at
least, not all of the ALSA mixer controls are enabled and turned off,
thereby causing pulse to think the audio is muted.

Problem occurs when printing to an HP Laserjet 2420n. It prints 4 copies of the
same.
The printer a Windows shared printer.
It was working fine until updating to 11.10 (10.04, 10.10 and 11.04)
I tried installing drivers from HP and problem still occurs.
Other printers work
Unfortunately, 0.0.16 fails to build on armel in Debian, so I'm
reluctant to sync this to Ubuntu. However, if that should be fixed
before precise's release, we can probably get a freeze exception for it.
If backports opens pre-release, we can definitely throw it in there
though.

I tried 12.1 version on HP ProBook 4530s and it works. At least AMD card
works with full direct rendering. When I switch to Intel from amd CCC, I
don't have direct rendering for some reason. But, AMD card works and
that is almost good enough for me. :D

nm-applet memory usage continuously increasing

I noticed it this weekend, was running htop and found nm-applet with a
700M resident memory footprint. Cycled it, and a few hours later it was
back at around 400M (for the record, this made nm-applet the first in
the list of memory hogs in my system, winning over Thunderbird,
