Still weird on reboot. mdstat seems fine, but the failed member still
thinks it is active.

So it is! Though the image only occurs once in the ods file.
That file was the original apparently non faulty ods
That file is an original import from xlsx to ods so it looks as if the fault is
with the xlsx-ods import, I'll attach the original xlsx file - I'll need to
remove some details from
