On my first boot it was fast. then I updated the 12.04 with around 200mb
update material
Then the first boot takes around 2:15: (a lot of time stuck in a screen
filled only with dark purple colour) when it loads my microsoft wireless
mouse does not work! I press the reset but
I believe the right answer here is that NM should be reaping all of its
dhclient helpers on shutdown, including those for wired interfaces.
This is the only robust way to handle the system shutdown case, and it
makes sense to me that this would be the expected behavior when shutting
down NM any oth

I don't know how "clean" this is, but it "works." Even though the port
is defined as 69 it *can* be overridden on the command line with "--port
77" or any other arbitrary valid port:
# atftpd --daemon --no-fork --port 77
$ netstat -an --inet | grep :77
udp0 0 0.0.0.0:77
Also fails when doing an actual install and adding extra drivers be
includeded in the install. Jockey log for that attached. Same hardware
as the earlier comments about the live session.

Sorry, I don't understand what the cause of the issue might be here.
Would you be able to attach some extra information? Basically, I would
need:
- a screenshot of the menu showing the problem;
- contents of /var/log/syslog when you see the issue; and
- the output of the nm-tool command at the ti

Today the crash slightly changed its timing: Instead of seeing a distorted
screen I could see the Ubuntu logo with five dots below it. After a few seconds

Oh I've also noticed that _pixbuf_cached is not initialized in
IconTexture. It should be set before emitting the signal, but maybe
that's the corner problem...

Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a
specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu
in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source
packages so that people
I think we can fix in some ways:
1) IconTexture should inherit sigc::trackable
2) removing the lambda in HudIcon and use sigc::mem_fun
3) Do texture_updated.clear() in ~HudIcon.
