this is the exact same bug as Debian's #670662 and #671626 but as it

it can be fixed before the next release.
Basically a multi-arch change in OpenSSL package disabled the crypto

I upgraded the box runnning my mythtv backend server from 10.04 to 12.04
today, and was affected by this.
fixed it by editing /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld
and changing lines
/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid w,
/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock w,
to
/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid w,
/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock w,
I also had the problem building a lucid image but the added sync line
did not help.
I added the -l option (lazy unmount) to both umount commands in
plugins/ubuntu/dapper.py and util.py and it worked and the devices got
unmounted.

Public bug reported:
Since updating from 11.10 to 12.04 my internal soundcard has become mute.
Terminal displays that I have a soundcard but sounds will not playback through
it.
I'm pretty much a noob to this sort of jazz but something seems wrong.
Any help would be much appreciated.
