not have any packages yet in the extras repository in Quantal. This
situation should be rectified soon, but meanwhile, you needn't concern

Hi Jose, and thanks for your report. To help us to identify the issue
that you are encountering we will need some additional info. Could you
please open a terminal and launch Software Center from there as shown?:
$ software-center
And then paste any output the you see in the terminal into
I believe this happened when you were trying to install Ubuntu - is that
correct? I'd like to see /var/log/syslog from the installation attempt
or /var/log/installer/syslog if you managed to install the system.
Where you trying to install any other software when this happened?

I have the same problem. the top of the panel of the explorer and video
app is missing. no close button!

2 of my usual Python written apps, Picard and Flacon crash when started on a
newly installed updated 12.10 (daily-live 2012-05-23).
The whole system freezes every time.

This PPA can be used in Ubuntu 11.10, but can't be used in 12.04 because
