I'd keep the Recommends:, as that will ensure the right package is

I think you're right, syslinux-themes-ubuntu is not needed explicitly,
but currently syslinux-themes-ubuntu is recommended by ubuntu-defaults-
builder package. so changing recommends to syslinux-themes-ubuntu-
quantal is appropriate?
syslinux theme is selected in /usr/lib/live/build/lb_binary_sysl
Fixed upstream and im stable backports, so hopefully this will be in
Ubuntu updates and in the new Ubuntu releases.

Nice catch, thanks! But shouldn't we _only_ install syslinux-themes-
ubuntu-$SUITE, and not syslinux-themes-ubuntu in addition? We'd get two
themes installed, and it's not clear which one gets picked then
(presumably the newest on,e, as this needs to work for upgrades, too).

Oh, I see what's wrong in
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/100297867/ProcMaps.txt: It does seem to
actually import all the modules into a non-private namespace. With that
it loads e. g. gobject/glib/gtk several times, once through all the
static bindings (pygtk), and once again through the GI binding
Ah, I see. Taylor, can you please describe the steps to reproduce this
crash? The stack trace is absolutely useless, so I need a reproducer.
