The two work-arounds suggested above, have not succeeded for us;
a) add the 'ppa:ivoks/ha' respoitory and pull the clvm from there.
b) Manually edit /etc./init.d/clvm to add the --monitor y option to
Mathieu, could we please get this SRUed ?

We have a two node cluster, and the work-around of hacking --monitor
y into /etc/init.d/clvm has failed, but not totally.
The operating system lives on VG0 (not clustered), and that is ok.
There is a single clustered volume group called VGclust0.
In that VG there are only three logical volumes
I tested psmouse-alps-dst-1.1.tbz with Quantal on Dell 3360 and
multitouch does work. Side scrolling is not working though pobablz just
need to be set correct margins for the touchpad. ALT-F3 switch off/on is
working, though the LED indicator is not (as expected).

You did select ALSA. That's the whole point.
@bdrung: Recommends can be disabled. Putting the ALSA input output in
the default package, and the PulseAudio input output in a separate
